The SERP - Shared Environmental Responsibility Program was idealized in 2000, along with the publication of the CONAMA 257 Resolution, which created procedures for battery disposal. Recognized and awarded as a tool in the management of the environmentally adequate final destinations of batteries, the SERP, in 2007, became a Company, in which its mission, vision, goals, principles and values are embossed in the blending of socio-environmental concepts, strengthening the present and future eco-innovative environment in our country.

The SERP, through the Responsible Energy Project, idealizes and proposes integrated and responsible solutions to companies in a joint manner, evidencing the recovery of economic values with ethic criteria.
